The first Monday in May has arrived, and with it, one of the most talked-about nights in fashion: the Met Gala. This star-studded fundraising benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City features an exhibition theme that pays homage to the late fashion legend, Karl Lagerfeld. The 2023 Met Gala’s theme, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”, requires attendees to dress “in honor of Karl”. Though we’ll be keeping a close eye on the arrivals, we already know that Penélope Cruz, Michaela Coel, Roger Federer, Dua Lipa, and Vogue’s Anna Wintour will co-host the event and attend as well.
